Judge to sum up rape case on Tuesday

High Court Judge, Justice Thushara Rajasinghe will sum up the case of a man charged with rape on Tuesday.

The man faces three counts of rape, one count of sexual assault and 2 counts of assault causing actual bodily harm.

The alleged incidents happened on the 18th of January last year in Suva.
