Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says people should think before picking up a rugby ball or sharing a bowl of grog with friends as they can place all Fijians at risk due to their reckless actions.
Bainimarama highlighted this after receiving a report of about a 50-person match of touch rugby in Lautoka this week.
He says this is totally unacceptable as one game of touch, and the close person-to-person exposure could jeopardize the containment of all of the West.
He adds they will continue to lock down areas if they see cases arise in a locality and this is far better than locking down entire towns and cities, all of Viti Levu, or even the whole country.
