Albert Park has been a hive of activity as people returned to playing contact sports for the first time since April.
Following the announcement by the Prime Minister on Sunday, a number of people were seen playing sports such as rugby, touch rugby and soccer with their friends and family.
Some people were also seen having a good time with their children.
Fijivillage caught up with some people who say they are thankful that the restrictions have finally been lifted and they can train again.
