Permanent Secretary for Health Doctor James Fong says the current COVID-19 containment program still needs the curfew to go on for a while.

He says at least if there is a third wave, they still have the curfew hours to fall back to.

The curfew will move to midnight when the percentage of the adult target population fully vaccinated is 90%.

89.6% of the adult target population has been fully vaccinated so far.
