Blues centre, Nigel Ah Wong scored twice for Samoa as they beat Australia A 31-26 in their first match of the Pacific Nations Cup at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva today.
Samoa led 19-7 at half-time but Australia came back strongly in the second half scoring two tries through Queensland Reds loose forward Fraser McReight and captain Ryan Lonergan.
Australia A tried their best but Samoa scored 2 tries to seal their first win.
Meanwhile, the Vodafone Flying Fijians will meet Tonga at 3.30pm.
