It was a dream come true for Pram Siwan Reddy of Calia Settlement in Navua after winning the Vodafone Commonwealth Games texting promotion and driving away with a new $80,000 Toyota Hilux.

Reddy says he has been participating in the Vodafone text promotion for years but has never won anything.

He says it is a blessing for them to win the promotion and the new vehicle will be used for family travels.

The 45-year-old Police Officer won the competition after texting 12 times.

Commonwealth Games bronze medalist, Taniela Rainibogi handed over the keys to the new vehicle to Reddy and his family.
