Protests continue for 11 days after the death of Mahsa Amini in the capital of Iran.

The 22-year-old woman was arrested earlier this month in Tehran by morality police for allegedly not following the country’s dress code for women.

Authorities say she later had a stroke while in custody and died in a hospital on September 16th, three days after falling into a coma.

Amini’s family have rejected the claims that she suffered pre-existing conditions and believes she was beaten in custody.

In videos, women are seen burning their hijabs and cutting hair.
