Mahatma Gandhi Memorial High School's flyhalf turned winger Viliame Lotawa was the toast of his side as he kicked the winning penalty to give MGM a historical 16-15 win over Ratu Kadavulevu School in the Vodafone Super Deans U17 final.

RKS started the game strong and took an early 10-0 lead after scoring a converted try and a penalty goal kick.

MGM scored an unconverted try later to reduce the deficit to 10-5 before converting another penalty to further close the gap to 10-8.
