Rugby World Cup 2023 host France has continued its unbeaten run in the tournament after demolishing Italy 60-7 in their pool A clash this morning and qualifying for the cup quarter finals as the first-place team from their pool.

The French scored a total of 8 tries with fullback Tomas Ramos converting 6 conversions and a penalty while Melvyn Jaminet kicked one conversion and a penalty.

Italy only managed one converted try in the 3rd quarter of the game.

France held a commanding 31-0 lead at halftime before running away with the game in the second spell.
