Team Fiji have collected another bronze medal at the Pacific Games after the Basketball Women’s team defeated Samoa 63-55 in the bronze playoff.

Captain Mickaelar Mendez says it was very emotional when playing with her sister at the tournament as they have gone through some hard times.

Meanwhile, the Basketball Men’s team will play Guam at 5.30pm today.
