Defending boys champion of the Coca Cola Games, Marist Brothers High School has successfully defended the boys division title in the 2025 Games.
Marist finished first on the medal tally with 12 gold, 9 silver and 9 bronze medals.

MGM finished first with 20 gold, 8 silver and 5 bronze.
