Thousands of people from Kadavu Province are expected to turn out in numbers to attend the Kadavu Provincial Festival, which will be held tomorrow and Friday.
Kadavu Festival Committee Chair, Unaisi Nawalowalo says this is a time for the people to come together and showcase their unique culture and traditions.
Nawalowalo adds it is an opportunity for people to give their payments towards the development initiatives for the province.
She says the festival is also a chance to revive cultural practices that are rarely observed, so that the younger generation becomes more aware of them.
