Six men alleged to have been transporting marijuana bound for Suva, and intercepted by police in Kadavu waters last week, have been charged.



Police say the six have been charged with one count of unlawful possession of illicit drugs.



They add that one of the six accused will face an additional charge of unlawful cultivation of illicit drugs.



All six will appear at the Suva Magistrates Court today.
