Tudravu says the message is very clear as he had highlighted in his quarterly report from the months of August to October this year, that complaints against police recorded a decrease of 18 percent, with 231 cases registered, when compared to the 283 reports last year.
He says cases of conduct were linked to ill-discipline, while neglect of duty, were linked to poor service delivery.
The Commissioner says the reduction is also reflective of the tough approach taken in addressing issues of ill-discipline, and they know there is still room for improvement.
He says they are continuously addressing officers and supervisors, on the need to ensure professional service delivery at all times.
