Twenty members of the Military Forces donated blood today at the George Mate Hospital at the Queen Elizabeth Barracks.
Blood Bank Coordinator, Josefa Bolaqace said this is a very positive step from the Military and members of the public and to ensure that blood is never run out.
Soldiers from the Land force Unit donated 20 pints of blood today which will continue tomorrow. Bolaqace said the blood will assist heart patients admitted at CWM hospital who will undergo operation in two weeks time.
