Police have set up a task force to arrest more than three thousand people who have been under committal warrants since 2001.
Head of the taskforce Iferemi Buaserau said that people who have been evading arrest and not appearing in court should now find ways to negotiate with officials about their cases.
Buaserau said crimes such as criminal offences and traffic offences top the list and more than a million dollars has to be collected.
