The case of the former Chief Executive Officer of National fire Authority Jone Koroi and former Chairman John Low has been adjourned because Low is still away overseas.
Low's lawyer, Sione Fa today responded on FICAC's application saying that his client has not absconded but while undergoing medical treatment in Australia his work permit for Fiji expired in November last year.
Koroi and Low are charged with one count of Forgery and one count of False Pretense.
