Springboks coach Heyneke Meyer knows what’s required to beat the All Blacks, but he acknowledged how difficult it was for South Africa to win in New Zealand ahead of Saturday’s Rugby Championship Test in Dunedin.
Meyer said the All Blacks enjoyed the favoritism for the game, his teams had always been written off but he felt an inexperienced team always played better if they were written off.
Meanwhile, the All Blacks have played the Springboks in 83 Tests since 1921, with 46 victories to the All Blacks, 34 to South Africa and three draws.
The All Blacks will meet the Springboks at 7:35pm on Saturday.
