The cost to repair the current road damage following the recent flood is estimated to exceed $10 million.
Fiji Roads Authority Chief Executive Officer Neil Cook said the contractors are carrying out works to reinstate closed roads.
Among the major repairs that are being undertaken today is a significant portion of the Kings Road next to Naiborebore village.
He added as of yesterday afternoon, only 3 roads remain to be fixed in the North.
