Floating bar and restaurant, Cloud 9 officially opened at their new location over the weekend at Ro Ro Reef in the Mamanucas.
They had to relocate off Tavarua Island after the Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum declared last November that Cloud 9 was in breach of the Surfing Decree at its old location.
The setup cost for cloud 9 is $1 million.
