The Tui Lawa Ratu Sevanaia Vatunitu who is the chief of Malolo has assured the Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama that the people of Malolo will support him in the upcoming election.
This was revealed during a talanoa session after the Prime Minister opened the Sheraton Resort and Spa Tokoriki which was previously known as Amunuca Island Resort.
When interviewed by Fijivillage today, the chiefly herald of the Tui Lawa Tevita Tadrata said that the people of Malolo have seen a lot of changes brought in by the current government.
Tadrata said that they are happy that the government has put more focus on education which they have witnessed after the construction of the Ratu Lalabalavu Memorial High School in Malolo.
In response the Prime Minister assured the land owners that he will return to their Island before the September election.
The vanua of Malolo has four villages including Solevu, Yaro, Yanuya and Tavua Yanuyanu.
