Miss Alvis Electrical Shiwani Narayan says youths should take advantage of the free education and bus fare scheme provided by government.
Narayan is advocating on the importance of education on youths in this year’s TFL Sugar Festival.
Meanwhile, Vice President of the Sugar Festival Committee Pusp Raj says this year’s Telecom Fiji Miss Sugar and Miss Charity will be awarded a ticket each to Auckland or Sydney.
Raj is urging people to come out in numbers as they will be celebrating Teens night tonight.
