Health Minister, Jone Usamate says Fiji needs a revolution in which our commitment to excellence must grow in the business sector, private sector and in government.
While opening the Process Mapping Training at the Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority, Usamate says we need leaders who channel their energy away from themselves and into the larger goal of building a great company.
He says we must believe that we can use the principles of excellence to deliver the best quality of our people.
Meanwhile, CEO FRCA Jitoko Tikolevu says this training which is organized by the Ministry for Health is an awareness on process mapping and how to analysis and improve capabilities to the achievement of group objectives and work effectively with others in a group or organization.
