Over 600 pieces of equipment have been donated and projects have been completed to assist people living with spinal injuries, since the inception of the Viti Spinal Injuries Association of Fiji in 2007.
Association Committee member Ilisoni Vuidreketi has highlighted that these projects have directly assisted over 300 patients and 2 institutions in the Central and Northern Division.
Vuidreketi adds that the Viti Spinal Injuries Association of Fiji continues on being active in providing this much-needed services and facilities that meet the highly diverse and special needs of the different spinal injured persons.
It has also been confirmed that the annual Viti Spinal Injuries Association of Fiji Old Skool Ball will have former New Zealand rugby union player and coach, Sir Michael Jones as their special guest.
The Viti Spinal Injuries Association of Fiji Old Skool Ball is focused to raise funds to assist those people living with spinal injuries.
