France claimed their first win of the 2018 Six Nations, defeating Italy 34‑17 at the Orange Vélodrome.

Les Bleus wasted several chances in the first half. However, after going into the break with a narrow 11‑7 advantage, they wore Italy down.

Meanwhile in other matches, Ireland will be playing Wales at 2:15am tomorrow while Scotland will be playing England at 4:45am tomorrow.

In the Women’s Six Nations match this morning 19‑year‑old Lagui Tuima helped England thrash Scotland 43 - 8.

Tuima considers it an honour and a privilege to represent England as she does not intend to forget her roots.

She says she gets a thrill when there is chaos in front of her.

Tuima had an ankle injury at the start of the Six Nations but came in at outside‑centre against Scotland, who are improving but are expected to be swept aside by an England side who have proved too strong for Italy and Wales.
