All three assessors have found a 34-year-old man charged with rape and sexual assault guilty of both counts.
The security officer is alleged to have raped and sexually assaulted his 4-year-old sister on 10th September last year in Samabula.
Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinge will deliver his judgement tomorrow.
