Digicel customers across the Pacific faced disruptions in their internet connection yesterday due to damages in the fibre cables in Sydney.

Digicel Fiji’s Chief Executive Officer Mike Greig says that customers were constantly updated during the outage via text messages and social media platforms.

Digicel Fiji Customers had no internet services yesterday from 3pm to about 7pm.
