Police are searching for a man who has been reported missing at sea from Sunday night.

Satini Lakepa was on board a barge known as Tahiti Nui 2 that left Narain Jetty for Kokomo Resort in Kadavu at 11.25pm.

Police Search and Rescue Centre confirms that the 27-year-old from Mavana Village in Vanuabalavu could not be found when the barge arrived at Kokomo Resort.

Police are requesting people to contact them if they have any information on this matter.
