Roadworks along Kings Road from the Makoi traffic lights to the Laqere traffic lights are expected to finish at the end of this month.

The Fiji Roads Authority says these works are part of the ongoing Suva Arterial Road Upgrading Project where currently the Nausori bound lanes for the same section is nearing completion.

FRA says that during these works, traffic lanes will be reduced to a single lane each.

FRA has also confirmed that works will only be carried out outside peak hours if weather permits.
