Students who carry the blue subsidized eTransport cards can now top up their cards through the new Tap N’Go activation.
In a statement the Ministry of Education says that the Ministry has already topped up the eTransport cards for all students benefitting from government's subsidised transportation initiative.
The Education Ministry also stated that to access these funds, students carrying blue eTransport cards simply need to activate their cards using the "redeem" function on any bus Point of Sail, or by visiting any District Education Office or Vodafone Outlet.
It adds that the redeem function cannot be cannot be accessed on busses run by Tebara Busses.
The Ministry of Education says that all cards will be open for activation from today adding that Parents and students are urged to redeem these funds before the start of Term 3 next Monday.
