20-year-old Saula Temo who has been charged with murdering a 23-year-old university student earlier this year, has had his case transferred to the Suva High Court.
It is alleged that Temo hit Akuila Salavuki on the head with a piece of timber that caused Salavuki’s death on the 17th of May this year.
The alleged incident happened at the Fiji Development Bank car park.
He has been remanded in custody and the case will be called on the 10th of September.
Temo had recently come out of prison after serving a 12 months sentence for sacrilege last year.
