Former Labasa soccer team goalkeeper Filipo Daugunu has again been named in Queensland Country’s starting lineup for the final of the Australian National Rugby Championship this weekend.
The Queensland Country has made just one change to their team with James Tuttle out and Tate McDermott to make his return to the starting lineup and Harry Nucifora has come onto the bench.
Country’s Captain Duncan Paia’aua says that their 3‑0 record win against the Drua would certainly give them faith that they can get the job done this weekend.
The two teams finished as the top two sides of the regular season and only one of the two will walk away with the trophy on Saturday.
The Drua will take on Queensland Country at 3.30pm this Saturday at Churchill Park and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station Viti FM on 92.2FM
