A new Head Coach for the Fiji Airways Fijiana will be made known next week.
Fiji Rugby Union told Fijivillage that they had received quite a number of applications for the position.
FRU says that Alivereti Doviverata will remain as the interim coach for the Fijiana and will lead the side to the Oceania Sevens next weekend.
The Fijiana will take on Cook Islands in their first match of the Oceania 7's at 11am next Friday, the Fijiana’s second match will be against New Caledonia at 2.09pm while their final match will be against New Zealand at 5.39pm next Friday at the ANZ Stadium, Suva.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Airways Men’s National 7's side has been pooled with Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands at the Oceania 7's tournament.
Fiji will take on Solomon Islands at 4.57pm next Friday and they will then take on PNG at 8.06pm next Friday.
Meanwhile, the 2018 Dubai Sevens will be played from 29 of this month to 1st December this year.
