A family of three from Lautoka died following a accident in Ba last night.
Police say the accident occurred along the Kings Road at Navau in Ba, when a private vehicle driven by the first victim, a 23 year old man allegedly failed to stop and made a right turn in front of a bus resulting in the accident.
Due to the impact, two women travelling in the same vehicle died.
Police say the drivers mother is currently admitted in a serious condition at the Lautoka Hospital while a passenger in the bus sustained injuries and is currently admitted at the Ba Mission Hospital.
The road death toll currently stands at 66 compared to 66 for the same period last year.
