Digicel Fiji has announced the introduction of “SmartButler” a software which is expected to enhance and assist with taking guest services to a new level at Fiji’s resorts and hotels.
Digicel Fiji CEO Mike Greig says this is an exciting innovation which brings the best in software as a service to digitalize and boost Fiji’s tourism economy.
SmartButler is a custom designed software for hotels and resorts to raise their standard of guest services, work smarter and more efficiently, and easily identifying areas of improvement, along with other benefits.
Digicel partnered with JAYBEE Systems based out of Jerusalem, Israel to bring this product to Fiji hotels and resorts and the software has a worldwide customer base operating in over 50 countries.
Resorts and Hotel Staff will have a centralized on‑line data base to log, dispatch, escalate and follow‑up on all services.
JAYBEE Managing Director Joseph Ron says they are excited to partner with Digicel to provide the tourism segment operational improvements, staff efficiencies driving the best guest experiences in the existing and new resorts within Fiji.
