The Crusaders are still on top after round 12.
The defending champs lead with 42 points, the Bulls are second with 28 points and the Rebels are in third place with 24 points.
In fourth place are the Hurricanes with 36 points even though they have more points than the Bulls and Rebels.
This is because the leaders of the three conferences occupy the top three places on the overall Super Rugby table.
In Round 13 this week, the Blues meet the Hurricanes at 7.35pm Friday at Eden Park while the Rebels meet the Reds in Melbourne at 9.45pm Friday.
The Crusaders meet the Bulls 5.10am Saturday in Pretoria while the Highlanders play the Jaguares at 5.15pm Saturday in Dunedin.
The Chiefs meet the Sharks in Waikato at 7.35pm Saturday while the Lions face the Waratahs at 1.05am Sunday.
