SODELPA’s newly elected President, Ro Filipe Tuisawau says the grievances within the party were resolved in the management board meeting yesterday.
Ro Filipe says these were grievances within the party about other party members.
He says this was resolved through the concept of listening to each other.
Ro Filipe says they wanted to resolve these issues and grievances so that it does not end up as bad publicity.
He says it is easily dealt with through humility.
Ro Filipe also highlighted that they are facing a major challenge in terms of filling vacant positions.
He says this is because of financial constraints of the party and they do not offer competitive salaries.
Ro Filipe is calling on supporters who have retired to come forward and volunteer for these positions so that in two years they can become the government of the day.
