A Year two student of a primary school in Suva is expected to be interviewed by Police in the presence of his parents after he allegedly stabbed another Year Two student with a pencil and hit his neck with a bottle.
Police spokesperson, Ana Naisoro says the Juvenile Bureau will be involved in this and following the investigation, the case will be forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions Office for advice.
The incident occurred yesterday morning and the matter was reported at the Totogo Police Station by the victim’s father.
The victim was stabbed in the left hand and sustained injuries.
He was treated at MIOT Hospital.
