Police have now classified the case of the Australian woman who was found dead at a home in Service Street in Suva on Tuesday afternoon as murder.
The post mortem has been conducted.
Police has also confirmed that the husband who is a suspect in the case is yet to be questioned as he remains admitted in hospital and is in stable condition.
We are yet to get confirmation if this is a case of alleged murder and attempted suicide.
The woman was in her 40s while the husband who is also an Australian national is in his late 30s.
It has been confirmed that the couple work for international organizations in Fiji.
