The National Microfinance Awards 2019 has started at the Reserve Bank of Fiji in Suva.
There are six main micro entrepreneur categories.
They are the Individual, Partnership, Young, Farmer, Innovative, and Rising Star‑Start‑up Awards and the winners will receive a cash prize of $4000 each.
There are five recognition awards recipients who will receive $2000 each. There are a total of 10 merit award recipients and each winner will receive $2000 each.
The Overall National Winner of 2018 Reserve Bank of Fiji Micro Entrepreneur Award will receive $5000 cash.

Rigieta Nuku for Market Vendor.
Unise Baleinibola Masi Business.
Rewa Women's Disability Association for Screen Printing, Sewing and Weaving.
Saurara Kula for Canteen and Restaurant.
Sulumeci Tinai for Market Vendor.
Maciu Meru Cattle and Dairy Farm.
Litia Naitanui for Canteen Business.
Paulini Marama for Retail Shop.
