A man has lost years of his savings after his Shalimar Street home in Nabua was burgled into yesterday.
54-year-old Ashok Prasad says that thieves broke the front door to enter his home.
He says that almost $50,000 dollars worth of items were stolen including I-pads, Laptops, Hard Drives, Mobile Phones, jewellery and cash.
He also says that his collection of liquor has also been stolen.
Prasad says that there was no one at home at the time of the incident and he only learnt about it when his son came home from school and found the front door open at around 3.15pm.
