Labasa will play Nasinu and Lautoka will face Suva in the semi finals of the Inkk Mobile BOG.
A new winner will be crowned this year after defending champions, Ba failed to qualify to the semis as their final Group A match against Suva ended nil all.
Ba needed to win the match to book its spot in the semis while Suva just needed a point from the match.
Suva soccer team goalkeeper, Emori Raqata put the man of the match performance to help the 10 men Suva side hold Ba as he made numerous saves for the Capital City side.
Ba had a number of chances to score but Raqata proved too strong in the Suva goalmouth.
Suva's Laisenia Raura was red carded late in the first half after receiving his second yellow card when he fouled Ba's Ratu Dau.
Earlier in the day, Nasinu upset Nadi 1-0, Labasa beat Tavua 2-0 and Lautoka and Rewa drew 1-1.
The venue for the semi finals and final has not been confirmed as yet.
There is a possibility that semi finals may be played mid week as majority of the grounds are booked for next weekend.
The Fiji FA will decide tomorrow on the venue for the semis and final.
