A man who allegedly broke into the Samabula Cake Shop pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
Mosese Are appeared before Judge, Justice Aruna Aluthge.
He is charged with one court of damaging property and one count of entering a property in an attempt to commit theft.
It was alleged that the damages caused during the break in was $300.
The alleged incident occurred on the 21st of June this year.
The matter will be called again on the 17th of next month.
