20-year-old murder accused, Saula Temo is back in custody and has been produced in the Suva High Court.
The court was earlier informed that Temo was in the Suva Remand Centre but was mistakenly released on bail as there were two remandees with the same name, Saula Temo.
A bench warrant had been issued for Temo.
Temo is alleged to have murdered Akuila Salavuki on the 17th of May of last year.
It is alleged Temo hit Salavuki on the head with a piece of timber that caused Salavuki’s death at the Fiji Development Bank car park in Suva.
The case has been adjourned to the 24th of next month for the state to disclose further documents.
