23-year-old Ezra Volavola says the government's policy to see everyone as equal is the reason why he believes in them and decided to participate in the Constitution Day challenge.
He says he always does artwork based on the government members and could not resist when the notification about the challenge popped up on social media.
The Lautoka resident who is also a Law student at the University of Fiji was given a Samsung S10 Plus mobile phone as a reward for his portrait.
Other winners in the General Category include siblings Ilai Lomaloma and Selai Lomaloma from Labasa, Lusiana Nauvakatutu and Ratu Sailosi Kuruvakadua from Suva and Inia Cagilaba from Beqa, were each given a Samsung S10 Plus each.
In the school category Kulukulu Public School, Naleva College and Tavua College were presented with a Laptop each.
