20-year-old murder accused, Saula Temo has been further remanded in custody by the Suva High Court.
Temo is alleged to have murdered Akuila Salavuki on the 17th of May last year.
It is alleged Temo hit Salavuki on the head with a piece of timber that caused Salavuki's death at the Fiji Development Bank car park in Suva.
Temo's trial has been fixed for the 17th of February next year.
The case will be called again on the 11th of next month.
