Welterweight Boxing World Champion Errol Spence Jr is in intensive care after being involved in a serious car crash in Dallas, Texas in the US.
Boxing promoter Tim Smith says Spence injuries are not life-threatening and he is expected to live.
BBC Sports reports a 29-year-old was ejected from a Ferrari he was driving at high speed, when it veered over the centre of the road and flipped multiple times.
The American beat Shawn Porter on a split decision to unify the IBF and WBC world titles on the 29th of September this year.
