The bus driver involved in the tragic road accident at Lakena Number Two Hill in Nausori on Wednesday afternoon will appear in the Nausori Magistrates Court today.
He has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death, two counts of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm and a count of dangerous driving.
The bus tumbled down the hill causing the death of two students.
Two other students are still admitted in the hospital in serious condition.
Seventeen other students who were treated for injuries at the hospital and have been sent home.
