Police have questioned the two drivers involved in two separate accidents where two children died.
They are waiting for the post mortem examination results.
Police are also looking into alleged negligence.
The first accident occurred last Friday in Yalalevu, Ba where a 1-year-old girl died after a vehicle driven by a relative reversed and ran over her.
The second incident occurred in Vuna, Taveuni last Saturday.
The 12-year-old boy allegedly tried to jump onto the back of the truck while the driver was reversing.
Police say the boy slipped and was trapped under the vehicle.
