There have been two deaths related to Tropical Cyclone Sarai which has been recorded by the National Disaster Management Office.
In one case, a man in his late 40’s was swept away by strong currents while crossing a river in Naitasiri on Saturday morning.
An 18-year-old student also drowned while swimming in Baidamudamu in Kadavu on Saturday.
